篮球小皇帝由於紀念『劇場版 Fate/stay night Unlimited Blade Works』上映，製作《Fate/stay night TV Reproduction》特別編集版，並於2010年1月17日於BS-TBS撥出。DVD於2010年1月22日發行，一共兩集。 Fate/stay night TV Reproduction 是將原本的TV動畫版進行再編集，並且把片頭動畫進行重新製作。
